As anEvent OperationsExecutive at Exito Media Concepts Pvt Ltdyou are expected toensure

theoperational efficiency of the events. You should be comfortablewith global traveland

spontaneousdecisionmaking. Your role will include overseeing the entirelogistic &operational

verticalof our business process to ensure the smooth functioning of ourevents.


Responsibilities& Scope of Work:


Execute allevent operations including but not limited to venue bookingmerchant/vendor management print productionetc.

Maintain constant communication with management staff and vendorsto ensure proper operations of the events &organization.

Ensure operational activities remain on time and within the definedbudget.

Maintain detailed records of operational & logisticaldetails.

Identify and liaise with vendors (caterers AV providers venuesetc.) to ensure quality service and adherence to budgetaryconstraints.

Act as the main point of contact during events addressing anyissues that arise and ensuring the event runs according toplan.

Travel to events (international & domestic) to oversee theonsite eventoperations.

Requirements

Skillsand Qualifications:

  • 2yrs of experience in event operations or in the travel &tourismindustry.

  • Bachelors degree in operations management business administration orrelatedfield.

  • Strongbudget development and oversightskills.

  • Excellentability to delegate responsibilities while maintainingorganizational controlof

  • theevent operations and customerservice.

  • Highlytrained in conflict management and business negotiationprocesses.

  • Abilityto work flexible hours including evenings and weekends asrequired.

1. Fulltime &Onsite.

2. 5day workweek


Location:BallalbaghMangalore

2 yrs of experience in event operations or in the travel &tourism industry. Bachelor s degree in operations management,business administration or related field. Strong budget developmentand oversight skills. Excellent ability to delegateresponsibilities while maintaining organizational control of theevent operations and customer service. Highly trained in conflictmanagement and business negotiation processes. Ability to workflexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Education

Bachelor'sor Master's Degree in any relevant field
