Project Role Description :Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform. Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.

Brief Job Summary / Scope
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Pre-sales / Solution Architect consultant to be part of a fast-growing globally oriented business unit.
- The Consultant will identify and understand customer’s technical and business requirements, pre-qualify opportunities, consult with technical teams about capabilities to design solutions, and support business sales teams and account managers on proposal activities. The position will be responsible for executing end to end pre-sales process for direct and cross-selling customers
- 6-12 year hands on prior experience in pre-sales [Solution Architecting ]and account mining roles in Enterprise Infrastructure( Cloud/On prim Solutions)/Validation Services/Automation( /ITPA) is strongly desired
Detailed Job Description
- Techno-commercial proposal preparation and presentation creation/modification skills as necessary
- Templatization and documentation to ensure that repeat requests are responded to quickly with minimal need to re-create material.
- Effectively communicate the solution to customer by presentations, product demonstration & documentation
- Review RFPs to develop proposal plan, response outline, compliance/responsibility matrix, and proposal schedule
- Proactively engage with internal and external partners for Business Development & joint GTM, Indirect / Direct Marketing of our Analytical services
- Responsible for proposal preparation to Contract signoff
- Provide answers to questions in a RF(x)
- Responsible for collaterals and other sales artifacts for the department
- Supports and implements the branding drives – Internet, Intranet
- Supports delivery in maintaining partnerships with technology vendors and OEMs
- Liaise with COE, delivery teams to come up with solutions for the opportunity at hand
- Act as single point of contact for the department for all leads, opportunities coming from the marketing and sales teams
- Maintain and track opportunities in CRM and conduct review meetings on sales pipeline

4. Good people management skills· Work with outside vendors to develop and implement specific aspects of cloud/HCI/Private cloud/On-prem IT solutions.
· Consider costs and timelines and ensure that vendors/partners meet deadlines for deliverables and project elements.
· Review proposals and estimates from vendors and determine whether they fit into existing budgetary and time restrictions.
Qualifications:Education: A relevant degree such as Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Technical Engineering, Information Technology, is preferred.
Good to have Certifications:· AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, ITIL, TOGAF, GCP, Azure, Microsoft, CSP, PMP, or other relevant certifications
Qualifications
BE / B.Tech/ MCA
Experience Required
- Prior experience in pre-sales management
- An understanding of Infrastructure( Cloud or OnPrim) / Validation Services/ Automation ( RPA/ITPA/ChatBots)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Business Management from a reputed university
- Mandatory exposure to Account mining and significant experience handling Testing or Service management
- Overall experience of 5-6 years with min of 3 years in Pre-Sales. Delivery experience an added advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
- Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise and technically accurate responses to inquiries (functional and technical) in both written and verbal form
- Ability to work in flexible working hours
- Good knowledge of Hardware OEM like [ HP , Lenovo, Dell , CISCO ]
- Special Skills Required, if any
- Product development and management in IOT / Big Data analytics service would be preferable
- Effective communication, relationship management skills and strong analytical, problem solving, out of box thinking and organizational abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams such as finance, legal, solution, practice, delivery as well as senior leadership
- Comfortable in working in the backend to support the sales/customer-facing roles
- Comfortable in responding to requests across time zones from various geographies including North America, Asia Pacific and Middle East
