Overview:TheInternational Customer Care position is a vital role within ourorganization responsible for providing exceptional customer serviceto our international clientele. This role plays a crucial part inmaintaining positive relationships with our global customer baseand ensuring their satisfaction with our products andservices.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Handle inbound andoutbound international customer inquiries via phone email andchat
  • Assist customers in placing orderstracking shipments and resolving product or serviceissues
  • Provide support and information onproduct features pricing andavailability
  • Address billing and paymentrelatedqueries and concerns
  • Ensure timely and accurateresolution of customer complaints andescalations
  • Collaborate with other teams totroubleshoot and resolve technical and logisticalissues
  • Document customer interactions andmaintain accurate records ofcommunication
  • Identify opportunities forprocess improvements to enhance customerexperience
  • Stay updated on product knowledgecompany policies and industryregulations
  • Adhere to established servicelevels and performance metrics
  • Contribute to apositive and professional workenvironment
  • Assist with language translationand interpretation when necessary
  • Participatein crossfunctional training and knowledgesharing
  • Adapt to varying cultural norms andpractices when interacting with internationalcustomers
  • Support marketing initiatives andpromotions aimed at internationalmarkets
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in arelevant field or equivalent workexperience
  • Proven experience in internationalcustomer service or similar role
  • Fluency in atleast two languages including English
  • Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills
  • Abilityto empathize with and understand diverse culturalperspectives
  • Excellent problemsolving andconflict resolution abilities
  • Knowledge ofinternational shipping customs and exportregulations
  • Proficiency in CRM software andother customer support tools
  • Attention todetail and accuracy in data entry and orderprocessing
  • Ability to work flexible hours andaccommodate different time zones
  • Familiaritywith international market trends and customerbehavior
  • Capability to work well under pressureand handle demanding customersituations
  • Adherence to confidentiality andprivacy guidelines
  • Experience handlinghighvolume customer interactions
  • Certificationin language interpretation or translation(desired)
