Thisis a dynamic opportunity in a fastgrowing and multitechnology Dataand AI focused services company driven by salestargets. We are seeking for a team playercustomercentric selfmotivated and responsible individual who canwork under pressure with a positive attitude. You have beenachieving your sales targets consistently and possess experience togenerate business opportunities build sales pipeline manage andhandle RFPs/ RFIs prepare client presentations and convertopportunities into winningbids.
AsSenior Account Executive/ Sr. Sales Rep at Kanerika it s essentialthat you have the breadth of knowledge to execute the full salescycle process: prospecting presenting negotiating and mostimportantlyclosing.
Youmust be expert in using any one or more sales strategies acrossMEDDIC MEDDPIC Sandler or Challenger etc. and hunter by nature toacquire newlogos.
Youmust possess very strong written and oral communication skills witha proven ability to think conceptually and pragmatically; capableof communicating with senior executives and becoming a trustedadvisor on Kanerika services and solutions. You possess a strongwork ethic positive attitude and enthusiasm to embrace newchallenges. You can multitask and prioritize (good time managementskills) willing to display and learn. You should be able to workindependently with less or no supervision. You should beprocessoriented have a methodical approach and demonstrate aqualityfirstapproach.
Youwill be responsible for US sales therefore it is expected that youwill be working in US shifts as job requires.

Acquire newLogo
Build and growthe enterprise business pipeline. Acquire new clients and build theenterprise business pipeline in designatedterritories.
Generate leadsthrough cold and warm calls network outreach and partnerships.Negotiate and deliver agreed salestargets.
Collaborate withglobal teams to maximize salesconversions.
Manage complexsales cycles which include prospecting qualifying strategizing andclosingtransactions.
Endtoendownership through the sales cycle including stakeholder managementtimelines and overall quality of proposals/presentations.
Convert thecriticaltoquality (CTQs) of clients into a winningtheme.
Create technicalbusiness and commercial solutions that address client CTQs andoptimize the competitive strengths of theorganization.
Prepare proposaldefensepresentations.
Achieve predefined andagreed targets for sales revenue.
MBAin Sales and Marketing from premierInstitue.
Minimum of 8years of experience in IT services consulting or digitaltransformationsales
Successfullysold enterprise software services/solutions to US Fortune 1000companies
Proven trackrecord of meeting and exceeding quota (consistent top 20%performer)
Demonstratedstrategic and analytical sales approach with a focus on buildingrelationships withclients.
Bachelor s ormaster s degree in business economics marketing or a relatedfield
Anoverall understanding of the technology areas like data analyticsautomation and system integration using the latesttechnologies.
Ability toarticulate value proposition anddifferentiation.
