We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Specialist (Fresh & Experienced) for the USA Market to join our expanding team. This individual will build, coordinate and build strong relationships with customers, and maintain our reputation for exceptional service in the freight brokerage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Main responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Make outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high quality leads for sales.
2. Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
3. Seize opportunities to upsell services when they arise.
4. Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary.
5. Manage a large number of outbound calls in a timely manner.
6. Document all call information in the CRM according to standard operating procedures.
7. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
8. Possess strong knowledge of Freight Forwarding services to identify customer needs when qualifying them.
9. Apply a superlative customer experience attitude on all interactions. Be able to establish a positive rapport.
10. Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, transportation, or a related field is preferred.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience or above in Freight Forwarding Sales (Mandatory).
3. Command in spoken and written English and any other foreign language with excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
5. Knowledge of computer systems, including spreadsheets and databases.
6. Detail-oriented and organized.
7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
