About the Job Featured

Product Analyst responsible for analyzing user needs, market trends, and product performance data to inform decision-making and contribute to the evolution of our product. The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare technology, possesses strong analytical skills, and can translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

Core Responsibilities User Needs Analysis:     - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and pain points.     - Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to gather valuable insights.
Data Analysis:     - Utilize data analytics tools to analyze user behavior, product usage, and performance metrics.     - Interpret data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
Feature Enhancement:     - Work closely with product manager(s) and development teams to prioritize and define new features.     - Provide input on feature design and functionality based on user feedback and market demands.
Product Testing:     - Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of new features and product releases.     - Identify and address any issues or bugs that may arise during testing.
Documentation:     - Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including user guides and release notes.     - Communicate product changes and updates to internal teams and end-users. Qualifications
  • Must have 4+ yrs of respective experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Management, etc.).
  • Proven experience as a Product Analyst or similar role, preferably in the healthcare technology sector (exposure to EMR and Practice Management and Billing Systems) with experience with JIRA
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
