CSM Tech is looking for qualified candidates having relevant knowledge to resource management, data acquisition, talent pool management.
Experience: 1-2 Years
Qualification: MBA/PGDM
Job Profile:
- Responsible for Data acquisition, storage, administration, and maintenance.
- Analyze large scale data and Illustrate through various reports to take Business decisions.
- Maintain and Improve Information Processes for seamless, on time dataflow, also Perform routine Data Checks.
- Involve in planning Talent Needs as per Business forecast.
- Responsible for all communications & coordination related to Human Resource demand and fulfilment within the Company.
- Act as a catalyst to take process forward and keep a track on progress.
- Plan and drive Talent Management initiatives for optimum resource utilization and enhanced productivity.
Candidate Profile:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Professionals with 1-2 years of experience in a talent management, resource management, HR field etc.
- Excellent organizational and data entry skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
