What you will do

Responsible for flawless performance, budget, schedule and close out of projects and effective turn-over with Operations upon completion. Develop scope, cost and supporting economics for projects as part of annual Planning & Budgeting (P&B) and endorsement (funding processes). Provide technical support and guidance to the plant including Integrity Management System (OIMS) participation, shutdown / commissioning activities and training on new equipment / installations. Identify and assist in the implementation of innovative processes, technologies, and system to achieve and sustain a level of competitive advantage in asset utilization. Responsible for managing Standards of Environmental Care (SOEC), Global Pipeline Integrity (GPI), Hydrocarbon Controls Procedures (HCP), Safety Critical Equipment program in LOBP. Ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance with minimum downtime. Act as plant maintenance subject matter expert. Support / Assist in managing plant maintenance. Perform troubleshooting to equipment issues and provide oversight for all fixed and rotating equipment as well as electrical, electronic and software systems. Ensure timely inspection of Operations Integrity (OI) critical, HCP and statutory equipment. Ensure that all engineering activities are in compliance with existing regulatory requirements, codes, and standards. Provide direct technical support and guidance to the facilities including direct Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) participation, shutdown / commissioning activities and training on new equipment / installations. Manage interface with contractors and vendors as well as internal interfaces within plant. Work with other departments to improve and enhance operating efficiency and safety. As the liaison with Global Technical Engineers / Zone Process Control Systems Engineers and site focal point for global initiative.  Ensure all contractors adhere to flawless Safety, Security, Health and Environment (SSHE) practices using Loss Prevention System (LPS) tools, construction safety audits and they follow design specifications/standards. Perform any other tasks as assigned by Process and Mechanical Manager.

About You

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation & Control Engineering with CGPA 5 or above Minimum 2 years of experience in managing plant maintenance Hands on work experience in plant preventive maintenance in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry Familiar with ISO certification process and documentation Working knowledge of reactive and preventative maintenance as well as engineering. Knowledge or certification of management systems like ISO Possess mechanical or electrical knowledge with hands on experience in lubricating oil , oil & gas ,petrochemical operating or manufacturing plant.

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

Experience in the Oil & Gas , Petrochemical Industry preferred. Demonstrates Leadership, Communication and Interpersonal skills to work with diverse groups, able to network effectively across organizations Working knowledge of process or construction engineering preferred
