About the role: 

As the Head of People & Culture, you will play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing a talent-centric culture aligned with the organization's vision and mission. You will lead a team to strategize and execute initiatives aimed at attracting, retaining, and developing top-tier talent while fostering a cohesive and purpose-driven community. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit, with a focus on creating a conducive work environment that promotes employee happiness, motivation, and productivity. Additionally, you will drive organizational development efforts, cultivate leadership capabilities, and enhance the overall employee experience through innovative strategies and processes.


Responsibilities: 
  1. Develop a talent & people-first culture in achieving the organizations' vision and mission
  2. Own and lead the overall vision and strategy for the People & Culture 
  3. Manage and coach a team toward their growth and development in order to meet the growing needs of the organization
  4. Build a strategy to attract talent which improves the talent density at the organization
  5. Build a community of action-oriented, purpose-aligned individuals for solving social problems
  6. Ensure a clear Employee Value Proposition in support of building the top of the funnel
  7. ensure best practices, innovative methods, and processes across all aspects of the employee life cycle (from onboarding to exit)
  8. Track HR metrics and identify areas of improvement in attracting, retaining, and managing teams
  9. Manage the work environment in a way that ensures employees are happy, motivated, and productive
  10. Develop and lead people strategies and processes with a focus on organizational development
  11. Build a cohesive culture in line with the elements of the organization's spirit
  12. Create a leadership development framework to drive the development of managers, and leadership capability and embed a coaching culture
  13. Partner with internal and external stakeholders towards improved employee experience
Requirements: 
  1. Around 15+ years of exposure to working in a fast-paced environment
  2. Thorough understanding of people & culture policies and procedures, and knowledge of laws and regulation
  3. Familiarity with all aspects of people operations, including culture development, compensation, recruitment, benefits, training and coaching
  4. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  5. Strong organizational and analytical skills
  6. A strong outcome orientation and the ability to drive critical results within specific timelines
  7. Creative thinking abilities to bring continuous development/innovation to optimize processes and to create the best experience for all employees
