We specialize in implementing modern business solutions and advising in business transformation initiatives across Europe, Americas and Asia-Pacific.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the automation team, including project delivery and team development.

Within this role, your responsibilities and tasks will include:
  • Design and implement RPA based solutions.
  • Managing multiple project workstreams, from scoping and planning to design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Implement metrics to track progress and milestones of delivery to client
  • Manage a team of automation engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality service delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and ensure that the automation team is continuously improving its offerings.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years of UiPath experience
  • Proven track record of managing client engagements and developing strong client relationships
  • Knowledgeable in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, operations, technology, or finance
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
