Your Role

As a Tech Lead, you will guide our software development efforts and drive technical excellence in our order processing domain. Heres what youll be responsible for:

  • Project Leadership: Lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge e-commerce solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Enterprise Solution Architect and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Technical Advisory: Provide guidance on architectural decisions and tackle technical challenges within the Order Processing domain.
  • Culture of Innovation: Foster continuous improvement and stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation.
  • API Specifications: Define OpenAPI specifications, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Software Development: Utilize technologies such as PHP, Simphony, Laravel, Node.js, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, GCP, Bamboo, MySQL, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, and JavaScript to develop robust software.
  • Team Support: Mentor and support a team of developers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and regulatory requirements.



What You Bring

  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years in software architecture, with at least 3 years in an e-commerce environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in development languages (PHP, Simphony, Laravel, Node.js, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, GCP, Bamboo, MySQL, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, JavaScript, Playwright) and a strong understanding of software architecture principles.
  • Leadership Qualities: Proven experience leading development teams within an Agile framework, with strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and work ethics.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, along with familiarity with the DevOps lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Language Proficiency: High level of English proficiency.
