Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Java Tech Lead to join ourdynamic team. As a Java Tech Lead you will be responsible forleading a team of developers designing and implementing Javabasedapplications and ensuring the overall success of our softwareprojects. You should have a solid understanding of Java 8 SpringBoot Microservices architecture Jenkins and OpenShift along withproven leadership abilities and a passion fortechnology.

Responsibilities:

  • Leada team of Java developers to deliver highquality softwaresolutions.
  • Designand develop robust and scalable Javabasedapplications.
  • Collaboratewith architects and other team members to define technicalsolutions anddeliverables.
  • Providetechnical guidance and mentorship to teammembers.
  • Implementbest practices for software development code reviews and qualityassuranceprocesses.
  • Ensureadherence to coding standards software design principles anddevelopmentmethodologies.
  • Performcode reviews and provide constructive feedback to teammembers.
  • Troubleshootand debug complex issues in productionenvironments.
  • Workclosely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translatethem into technicaldesigns.
  • ManageCI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for automated builds anddeployments.
  • Deployand manage applications on OpenShift or similar containerorchestrationplatforms.
  • Monitorapplication performance and implement optimizations asneeded.
  • Stayupdated on industry trends and technologies to suggest andimplementimprovements.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field (orequivalent workexperience).
  • Provenexperience as a Java Developer with strong knowledge of Java 8features.
  • Handsonexperience with Spring Boot for building RESTful APIs andMicroservices.
  • Experiencewith containerization and orchestration platforms like OpenShift orKubernetes.
  • Solidunderstanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience with tools likeJenkins.
  • Proficiencyin designing and implementing scalable highperformanceapplications.
  • Strongleadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor ateam.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
  • Abilityto prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Problemsolvingskills and a proactive attitude towards addressingchallenges.
  • Familiaritywith Agile methodologies andpractices.
