Role&Responsibilities:MarketResearch:
  • Conductthorough market research to identify trends competitor activitiesand dynamics within the data and analyticsdomain.
  • Stay updated on industry developmentsto capitalize on emergingopportunities.
  • Analyze market data to informstrategic decisionmaking and business developmentefforts.
ClientIdentification andEngagement:
  • Identifypotential clients who could benefit from the companys data andanalytics solutions.
  • Develop and maintainstrong relationships with existing clients and keystakeholders.
  • Actively engage with clients tounderstand their needs and provide tailoredsolutions.
Sales andRevenueGeneration:
  • Formulateand execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenuetargets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team tocreate compelling proposals and presentations forclients.
  • Negotiate and finalize business dealsto ensure mutually beneficialagreements.
Productand SolutionKnowledge:
  • Develop adeep understanding of the companys data and analytics products andservices.
  • Effectively communicate the valueproposition of these offerings to clients andprospects.
  • Stay updated on industry bestpractices and technological advancements in dataanalytics.
CrossfunctionalCollaboration:
  • Workclosely with product development marketing and other teams to alignbusiness development efforts with companygoals.
  • Collaborate with the technical team toensure a clear understanding of client needs and effective solutiondelivery.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration andknowledge sharing acrossdepartments.
StrategicPlanning:
  • Develop andimplement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand thecompanys presence in the data and analyticsindustry.
  • Identify and assess potentialpartnerships collaborations and acquisition opportunities to drivegrowth.
  • Continuously evaluate market trends andcompetitor activities to refine strategicinitiatives.
SalesReporting andAnalysis:
  • Provideregular updates and reports on sales performance market trends andclient feedback.
  • Analyze sales data to identifyopportunities for improvement and refine sales strategiesaccordingly.
  • Utilize datadriven insights tooptimize resource allocation and drive revenuegrowth.

IdealCandidate:
  • Bachelor sdegree in business marketing or related field (MBA is aplus)
  • 810 years of experience in businessdevelopment or sales within the data and analyticsdomain
  • Strong understanding of datatechnologies analytics solutions and industry bestpractices
  • Excellent communication negotiationand interpersonal skills
  • Ability to workindependently andcollaboratively
  • Resultsoriented with a trackrecord of meeting or exceeding salestargets

PreferredSkills:
  • Familiaritywith data visualization analytics machine learning andAI
  • Experience with enterpriselevel sales andcomplex deal negotiations
  • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills
