Overview: The ProjectManager for LLM and Data Annotation plays a crucial role inoverseeing and managing the data annotation projects ensuring thatthey are completed within timelines and to the required qualitystandards. This role is integral to the success of theorganizations data annotation operations and requires strongleadership and project management skills.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Lead and manage LLMand data annotation projects from inception tocompletion
  • Develop detailed project plansincluding timelines milestones and resourceallocation
  • Coordinate with internal andexternal stakeholders to define project requirements anddeliverables
  • Monitor project progress andaddress any issues or deviations from theplan
  • Ensure that data annotation processesadhere to quality and accuracystandards
  • Provide regular project updates tostakeholders and management
  • Identify andmitigate project risks and escalate asneeded
  • Conduct regular team meetings andprovide guidance and support to project teammembers
  • Oversee budget and cost management forLLM and data annotation projects
  • Drivecontinuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiencyand quality
  • Ensure compliance with data privacyand security regulations
  • Conduct performanceevaluations and provide feedback to project teammembers
  • Stay updated on industry best practicesand technologies related to dataannotation
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to integrate data annotation processes with otheroperations
  • Lead and support the implementationof new data annotation tools andtechnologies
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in arelevant field such as Computer Science Engineering or a relateddiscipline
  • Proven experience in projectmanagement particularly in data annotation or similarfields
  • Strong understanding of data annotationprocesses and best practices
  • Excellentleadership and team managementskills
  • Exceptional communication andinterpersonal abilities
  • Ability to analyzecomplex problems and develop effectivesolutions
  • Proficiency in project managementtools and software
  • Knowledge of data privacyregulations and best practices
  • Experience inbudget and cost management for projects
  • Abilityto work in a fastpaced and dynamicenvironment
  • Certification in project management(e.g. PMP) is a plus
  • Experience in implementingnew technologies or tools for dataannotation
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to collaborateeffectively with crossfunctionalteams
  • Adaptable and resilient in handlingproject challenges
