Overview:TheGenerative AI & LLM will play a crucial role in ourorganization leveraging cuttingedge technology to develop andenhance generative AI models. They will be responsible foradvancing the development of language models maintaining theintegrity of data and collaborating with crossfunctional teams toimprove model performance and efficiency.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Researching andimplementing stateoftheart generative AI algorithms andmodels
  • Enhancing and optimizing language modelsfor various applications
  • Collaborating withdata scientists and engineers to maintain model integrity andquality
  • Improving model performance andaccuracy through continuous testing anditeration
  • Developing and implementingstrategies to enhance generative AIcapabilities
  • Contributing to the development ofinnovative solutions for AIdriven languageprocessing
  • Participating in crossfunctionalmeetings to align generative AI strategies with businessobjectives
  • Conducting thorough analyses ofmodel performance and proposingenhancements
  • Creating and maintainingdocumentation for generative AI algorithms andmodels
  • Staying abreast of advancements ingenerative AI and machinelearning
  • Participating in code reviews andproviding constructive feedback to teammembers
  • Ensuring compliance with data privacyand security regulations
  • Collaborating withstakeholders to identify and prioritize generative AIinitiatives
  • Identifying and addressingtechnical challenges in generative AIdevelopment
  • Assisting in the development ofbest practices for generative AI modeldevelopment
RequiredQualifications:
  • Masters or PhD inComputer Science AI or related field
  • 2 years ofexperience in AI development and machinelearning
  • Proficiency in Python TensorFlow andother relevant programming languages andtools
  • Demonstrated experience in developing andimplementing generative AI algorithms andmodels
  • Proven track record of contributing tothe advancement of language models
  • Strongunderstanding of data structures algorithms and statisticalmodeling
  • Excellent problemsolving andanalytical abilities
  • Effective communicationand collaboration skills in multidisciplinaryteams
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced anddynamic environment
  • Experience in conductingresearch and staying current with industrytrends
  • Solid grasp of data privacy and securityregulations in AI development
  • Publicationrecord in generative AI and machine learning is aplus
  • Experience with cloudbased AI platformsand services is advantageous
  • Ability to managemultiple projects and deadlineseffectively
