Performance Marketing Manager, Amazon

In this role, you will need to think strategically and creatively to build communication strategies for driving engagement and adoption of thousands of associates who have signed up for the associate’s program. You will be responsible for leading the program vision, including influencing key product features, measuring marketing impact and optimizing, refining positioning and messaging, and working cross-functionally with stakeholders across category management, product management, marketing to build and execute innovative integrations (both onsite and offsite) that help unlock new opportunities for Amazon and its associates. You will be working with local and international teams across our worldwide consumer marketing organization and with category teams in Amazon India. You will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, with ability to innovate and implement solutions and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail.
A successful candidate must be able to work at the strategic level (using customer behavior signals to generate bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (optimizing campaigns and experiments with tools, analyzing traffic data and solving problems). You will have a strong understanding of all aspects of the marketing funnel, possess great project management and influencing skills to work across multiple teams to achieve success.
Key job responsibilities
• Increase engagement for creators who have signed up on the Amazon Associates program by driving improvements in onboarding experience, deploying marketing inputs across merchandising to refine educational initiatives, optimizing marketing calendar to drive maximum impact through a data-driven approach.
• Implement and scale lifecycle management program for associates through cohort-based segmentation, strengthening communication effectiveness by process improvements, establish SOPs to run scalable experiments and identifying ways to operate smarter.
• Work with global product teams to drive GTM and launch of Associate products in India.
• Partner with retail category teams to streamline inputs mechanisms, experimenting with content format, building engagement frameworks through programmatic account management of category focused associates to drive growth.
• Own the India charter for the product experiences for the Associates Program. Identify gaps in product experiences and work with the product owners to influence the product roadmap to plug these gaps.
• Expand coverage of the Associates program to include new categories / businesses that are launched on Amazon India.
• Stakeholder management – product, category, marketing teams across programs
• Overall program management and business reporting for the channel.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in multi-territory campaign management- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
