Job Description
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR databases.
- Personal data scanning & filling
- Make sure the employee & Visitor Gate-pass shall be given in time
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including drafting correspondence and handling employee inquiries.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Coordinate employee training and development activities.
- Support employee relations initiatives and assist with conflict resolution when necessary.
- Generate reports and analyze HR metrics using Excel and HRMS.
- Assist with payroll processing data and benefits administration.
- Stay updated on HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Conducting numerous surveys & Employee Coordination
- Assist in HR Engagement activities
- 100% make sure completion of task given within timeline
- Become integral part of HR Department & shall be engaged for long term perspective
Requirements
- Must have experience of 4+ years (Working exposure of inside SEEPZ is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with HR Management Software
- Knowledge of SEEPZ Gatepass system is a plus
- Assist with payroll processing data and benefits administration.

- Salary Budget - Up to 22,000
- Location: SEEPZ, Andheri East, Mumbai
