Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Mosphe. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of our company. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in business development. The job location is Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. The position is full-time and offers competitive compensation.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience in business development or sales, with a focus on IT solutions and services
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of IT service management and understanding of technology trends
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
  • Experience in international sales and working with a diverse client base
  • Solid understanding of marketing management principles
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation activities such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and drive the sales process from lead identification to closure
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive proposals and presentations
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our services
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
