Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Mosphe. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of our company. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in business development. The job location is Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. The position is full-time and offers competitive compensation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in business development or sales, with a focus on IT solutions and services
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of IT service management and understanding of technology trends
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant sales tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
- Experience in international sales and working with a diverse client base
- Solid understanding of marketing management principles
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation activities such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and drive the sales process from lead identification to closure
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive proposals and presentations
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our services
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
