JobSummary:


Asthe Operations Manager at RERA Consultants LLP you will beresponsible for overseeing and coordinating the endtoend operationswith a focus on Legal Qualified accountants and Engineers. You willlead a dedicated team liaise with center managers and serve as theprimary point of contact for clients. This role requires strongleadership operational excellence and client management to ensurethat all processes align with the firm s strategicgoals.


KeyResponsibilities:


  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of legal professionalsaccountants and engineers to ensure operational efficiency acrossdepartments.


  • Operational Coordination: Collaborate with legal qualifiedaccountants and Engineering teams to streamline processes ensureregulatory compliance and deliver on clientcommitments.


  • Center Manager Coordination: Oversee and provide guidance to centermanagers to ensure consistent operational standards across alllocations.


  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the face of RERAConsultants LLP to clients building strong relationships addressingclient concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the firm sservices.


  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in operationalworkflows and implement improvements that increase productivity andreducecosts.


  • Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of team members andcenter managers ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) aremet orexceeded.


  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevantregulations and laws including those specific to the real estateand legal domains. Complete knowledge of the RERA Act will be a keycriterion for performanceevaluation.


  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management onoperational performance client satisfaction and areas forimprovement.



Requirements

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor s degree in Operations Management Business Administrationor related field (MBApreferred).

  • 7 years of experience in operations management preferably in thereal estate consulting or legalsector.

  • Proven track record of leading crossfunctional teams includinglegal qualified accountants and engineeringdepartments.

  • Strong client management experience with the ability to build andmaintainrelationships.

  • Excellent communication leadership and organizationalskills.

  • InDepth understanding of the RERA Act and its implications for realestate operations isrequired.

Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Operations Management,Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 7+ yearsof experience in operations management, preferably in the realestate, consulting, or legal sector. Proven track record of leadingcross-functional teams, including legal, qualified accountants, andengineering departments. Strong client management experience, withthe ability to build and maintain relationships. Excellentcommunication, leadership, and organizational skills.
