We are looking for an experienced Manager - Accounting with a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and ERP systems to lead our finance team. This role requires a Chartered Accountant with at least 12 years of experience, ideally in the IT or ITES sectors, and expertise in US GAAP. The successful candidate will drive financial planning and reporting, manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensure compliance, and support audits. This is a strategic role requiring in-depth financial knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to work with international teams. What you’ll do: Financial Reporting and Consolidation: Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and other international standards. Present financial reports to senior leadership, providing insights for strategic decision-making. Closing and Reconciliation: Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial adjustments as necessary. General Ledger (GL) Accounting: Manage GL functions, including reconciliations and data integrity. Ensure accurate and up-to-date ledger accounts and compliance with corporate accounting standards. Data Analysis and Strategic Insights: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and risks, providing actionable insights to support business decisions. Collaborate with other departments to integrate financial metrics into operational strategies. Audit and Compliance: Serve as the primary point of contact for external and internal audits, ensuring all documentation is complete and responses to inquiries are timely. Maintain compliance with financial regulations and standards across all relevant regions. International office accounting and Compliance: Lead and supervise the accounting and compliance operation of various international offices across globe. Monitor the external consultants for timely delivery as per the scope of work. Ensure compliance with various international accounting standards and practices. Provide guidance on international financial policies, adapting to regulatory updates and requirements. ERP System Oversight (Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Other ERP): Lead the management and utilization of ERP systems (preferably MS D365) to optimize accounting processes. Ensure accurate data reporting and consistency across financial records. What you’ve done: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required. Extensive experience in MS D365 or other ERP systems and Excel skills. Minimum of 12 years of accounting and finance experience, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role. Strong background in IT or ITES industries, with demonstrated experience in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar). In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and familiarity with international accounting standards. Experience with financial consolidation tools and analytical software.Who you are:
