  • Review current HR technology & recommend more effective software (including HRIS/HRM/SAP/ATS).
  • Measure Employee Retention & Turnover Rates.
  • Oversee daily Operations of the HR department.
  • Formulate & Implement Leave Policies.
  • Maintain & Manage Attendance in Excel (Must have knowledge of Advance Excel).
