**Position: US IT Recruiter - Fresher**
**Role Summary**:As a fresher US IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our clients' IT positions. This entry-level position is designed to provide you with hands-on training and mentorship to develop your skills in sourcing, screening, and managing the recruitment process. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced recruiters and gain a comprehensive understanding of the IT recruitment landscape.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with senior recruiters and team members to learn best practices, share insights, and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to enhance your understanding of the IT job market.

Continuous Learning: Actively participate in training programs, workshops, and professional development opportunities to enhance your recruitment skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or IT, is preferred.

Passion for IT: Strong interest in the IT industry, emerging technologies, and IT job roles.

Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to changing recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
