Resources Analyst

CSM Tech is looking for qualified candidates having relevant knowledge to resource management, data acquisition, talent pool management.

Experience: 1-2 Years

Qualification: MBA/PGDM

Job Profile:

1. Responsible for Data acquisition, storage, administration, and maintenance.
2. Analyze large scale data and Illustrate through various reports to take Business decisions.
3. Maintain and Improve Information Processes for seamless, on time dataflow, also Perform routine Data Checks.
4. Involve in planning Talent Needs as per Business forecast.
5. Responsible for all communications & coordination related to Human Resource demand and fulfilment within the Company.
6. Act as a catalyst to take process forward and keep a track on progress.
7. Plan and drive Talent Management initiatives for optimum resource utilization and enhanced productivity.

Candidate Profile:

1. Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
2. Professionals with 1-2 years of experience in a talent management, resource management, HR field etc.
3. Excellent organizational and data entry skills, with a keen eye for detail.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
