We are hiring Exp candidates for Service Desk role for a Leading MNC in Bangalore.
Our Client is an Indian multinational information technology company that provides business consulting, information technology and outsourcing services.
ROLE : SERVICE DESK (Voice Support)
LOCATION : BangaloreJOB DESIGNATION : SERVICE DESK MANAGEMENT
JOB DESCRIPTION : Managing one or more customer service or service desk functions. Acting as a point of contact to support service users and customers reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services. Delivering customer service through multiple channels including human, digital, self-service, and automated.
Requirements
- Qualification : Graduate with 15 years of formal education
- Shift: 24*7
- Location : Bangalore
- Experience : 2-5 Years of Experience in Service Desk
- If experience than must have: Minimum 2 year of Service Desk Technical Support
- Must have experience of Microsoft Outlook 365, Bit Locker & Active Directory
- Also must have experience in Laptop/Desktop Troubleshooting & VPN Installation
