Job Title : Installation Support Analyst

Location : WFH

Position : Full Time

Required Experience : 1+Years.

Work Hours : Any time between 7:30 AM and 9:30 PM IST (9 hours shift).

Responsibilities

Summary of Job Function:

We are looking for an Installation Support Analyst to support our client The Installation Support Analyst provides software installations, network assistance & support to the client and the third-party installation vendors working at the client locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Remotely assist with software installations & firmware upgrade deployments. Provide troubleshooting assistance to 3rd party installation vendors working at the client locations. Perform list checks with 3rd party installation vendors and validate installation via pictures and test transactions. Provide an outstanding level of customer support. Update data for Score Cards after installations are complete. Provide handoff details if needed for extended installation projects.

Mandatory Skills:

1+ years of experience in providing network support. MUST be fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Team player; able to effectively communicate with managers, co-workers, and customers.

Qualifications

Desired Skills:

Providing voice support to US clients. Experience in assisting with the transitioning from one internet service provider to another.

This is a WFH position and so the following things are mandatory.

Wired Internet connection (cable/broadband)- WIFI is not permitted or supported on the provided work equipment. Internet Service Speed Minimum: 20 MBPS download / 5 MBPS upload. Distraction free work environment. Whether it’s your bedroom with a desk set up or a designated office within your home, you should be able to close the door to outside distractions and noise.
