PositionOverview:

We are looking for adedicated and skilled Email Marketing Expert to join our marketingteam. In this role you will develop and implement email marketingstrategies to enhance engagement boost customer retention and driverevenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strongunderstanding of email marketing platforms audience segmentationand analytical insights to support impactfulcampaigns.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Email Campaign Strategy &Execution: Design manage and execute email marketingcampaigns aligned with business goals focusing on engagementconversions and customerretention.
  • ListManagement: Oversee list segmentation and audiencetargeting maintaining organized and hygienic emaillists.
  • Content Creation &Design: Collaborate with content and design teams todevelop compelling email content including subject lines copyvisuals and CTAs.
  • A/B Testing& Optimization: Implement testing strategies forsubject lines copy and design to optimizeengagement.
  • Analytics &Reporting: Track key metrics (open rates CTRconversion rates) and provide actionable insights to guide futurecampaigns.
  • Automation &Personalization: Establish automation workflows andpersonalized tactics to enhance customer journeytouchpoints.
  • Compliance:Ensure email campaigns adhere to best practices and comply withregulations (e.g. CANSPAM GDPR).

Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience in email marketingor a related field.
  • Proven experience in emailmarketing with proficiency in platforms like Mailchimp HubSpotKlaviyo or Marketo.
  • Strong knowledge ofsegmentation automation and A/Btesting.
  • Excellent communication writing andediting skills.
  • Analytical mindset withexperience using tools such as Google Analytics and emailperformance dashboards.
  • Collaborative teamplayer with adaptability to a fastpacedenvironment.

NicetoHaves:

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email is a plus butnot required.
  • Demonstrated ability to increaseengagement and conversion rates through effectivestrategies.
