PositionName: Assistant Vice President (AVP) Civil PelletPlantQualification:Must have a B.E/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering Mastersdegree preferred. No. ofExperience: 15 to 20 Years relevantexperience.Industry:Experience from Pellet and SteelPlant.Compensation:Based on the experience and currentsalaryLocation and Travel:The position is based in Konsari GadchiroliMaharashtra. Limited travel may be required based on projectneeds.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • LeadershipandStrategy:
  1. Providestrategic direction for civil engineering activities related toPellet and Steel Plant operations.
  2. Lead a teamof engineers and ensure efficient projectmanagement.

  • ProjectManagement:
  1. Overseethe planning design and execution of civil engineering projects forthe Pellet Plant.
  2. Ensure adherence to timelinesbudgetary constraints and qualitystandards.

  • TechnicalExpertise:
  1. Demonstrateindepth knowledge of Pellet and Steel Plant processes andoperations.
  2. Implement innovative solutions toenhance plant efficiency andproductivity.

  • RegulatoryCompliance:
  1. Ensurecompliance with local and national regulations in all civilengineering activities.
  2. Collaborate withrelevant authorities to secure necessaryapprovals.

  • StakeholderManagement:
  • Foster strongrelationships with internal and externalstakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively withcrossfunctional teams andcontractors.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Civil Engineering; Masters degreepreferred.
  • Proven experience in civilengineering roles within the Pellet and Steel Plantindustry.
  • Strong leadership and projectmanagement skills.
  • Excellent knowledge ofindustry regulations andstandards.
