The Specialist (Data Scientist), People Analytics role will play a critical role in expanding People Analytics at Endeavor. The mission of the People Analytics team is to provide data-driven insights and strategic direction regarding our organization and people that are compelling and actionable. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, works effectively with people, and enjoys the challenges of developing and improving people analytics in a dynamic organization.
Utilize advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and programming languages (e.g., Python) to create innovative and informative visualizations Own the development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, analysis, and dashboards; generate recurring monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc and annual reports and presentations Document reporting processes, methodologies, and data definitions to ensure consistency and transparency Use statistical techniques, and predictive modelling to extract insights from complex people and organizational data and package insights in a meaningful way Develop scalable machine learning solutions on topics such as talent acquisition, talent management, attrition, and learning to enable data-driven decision making Manage integration of data sets resulting from M&A activity as appropriate Collaborate with HR leaders, COEs, and various companies within Endeavor to support strategic data initiatives Serve as an active participant on cross-functional project teams and provide guidance and training to teams in asking meaningful questions, interpreting data, and taking actionYou Have These:
Bachelor’s degree required (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, I/O Psychology, or STEM fields preferred) 3+ years of analytics, consulting, data science experience, preferably in People Analytics Deep technical, hands-on experience in Python/R, SQL, Power BI Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills Adaptable, collaborative, organized and able to multi-task Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to establish and maintain a high degree of confidentiality with sensitive dataWe’d Love If You Also Have These:
Strong understanding of HR strategy and systems Experience with Workday Reporting, PRISM and People AnalyticsHow we work:
