Job Overview


Pasta Street India Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing a variety of delicious pastries and desserts. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Delhi, Delhi, India. This is a full-time position.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 3 to 6 years of experience as a Pastry Chef
  • Proven expertise in costing and menu development
  • Strong knowledge of patisserie techniques and trends
  • Ability to create visually appealing and appetizing food presentations
  • Experience in creating a variety of desserts, including cake decorating
  • Attention to detail and creativity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Certification in pastry and baking arts is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Create and execute a variety of delicious pastries and desserts
  • Develop and innovate new pastry recipes
  • Ensure high-quality presentation and taste of all pastries and desserts
  • Manage and maintain inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies
  • Train and supervise junior pastry staff
  • Collaborate with other chefs to create and execute menu items
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Monitor and control food costing
  • Maintain a clean and organized pastry station
