**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare a wide variety of Lebanese and modern Middle Eastern/Turkish desserts with precision and creativity.
- Assist in the development and execution of pastry menus, ensuring alignment with culinary standards and guest preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of dessert orders.
- Stay updated on emerging pastry trends and techniques, incorporating innovative elements into dessert offerings.
- Train and mentor junior pastry staff to uphold quality and consistency in dessert preparation.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Commi Chef in Gulf countries, including Qatar, Dubai, Lebanon, or Turkey.
- Proficiency in crafting Lebanese and modern Middle Eastern/Turkish desserts, with a strong understanding of flavor profiles and presentation.
- Knowledge of traditional and contemporary pastry techniques, including baking, decorating, and plating.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a reputable institution.
- Experience working in high-volume, upscale dining establishments or luxury hotels.
- Multilingual proficiency, particularly in Arabic and Turkish, would be advantageous.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
