The Position

 

As an Manager, Operations Quality Consulting and Projects, you will :

  • Lead a team of 10+ employees according to the Novo Nordisk Way to meet the department’s business goals.
  • Implement cLEAN principles to enhance support, quality, and efficiency aligned with Novo Nordisk's business needs.
  • Mentor and motivate the team, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure efficient processes across hubs.
  • Ensuring the department is in compliance with Novo Nordisk guidelines covering quality and compliance
  • Adapting departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
  • Manage and drive people development
  • Maintain a high-quality level of consultancy to affiliates

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree of equivalent.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Change control and Deviation process.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Qualification process.
  • Ability to handle difficult stakeholders who are particularly knowledgeable in the above QMS processes.
  • Confident and assertive.
  • Pro active in approach and be receptive to regular feedbacks from the Affiliates and use the same to the advantage of the team. Also, be able to take challenge stakeholders when needed.
  • Good with data and when needed use the data effectively while discussion with Regional Quality heads.
  • Ensure key quality processes run seamless and according to Novo Nordisk standards  
  • Trained on supplementary topics  like Leadership, project execution, Quality, management and GxP processes.
  • Overall 8+ years of experience with minimum 2 years of experience in any related Quality processes.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in people management role.
  • Excel at Stakeholder management
  • Direct and clear communication skills including verbal and written communication. 

 

 

About the department

The Operations Quality Consulting and Projects team, part of Novo Nordisk Quality-GBS, is an extended unit from Denmark that supports 80+ affiliates and staff areas in NNQGBS. Our focus is on business-critical issues that may have an impact on NN’s license to operate and inspection readiness. We provide high-quality services through regular contact, connection, and interaction with our affiliates at all levels. As part of our team, you will support the implementation and maintenance of the Novo Nordisk Quality Management System in affiliates and staff functions.
