Short
• Manages general affairs operations for entire offices in Bangalore, Pune, or any other specific locations to support the key business needs.
Job role include but not limited to:
• To analyze, develop and managing office administration in accordance to the assigned department budgets & objectives.
• Responsible for end-to-end office facilities management and office • To execute efficient repair & maintenance of office premises and equipment.
• Review, refresh and refine the existing process of • To ensure office security and workplace safety;
• To manage & enroll efficient vendors for office supplies, equipment, outsourcing services and end-to-end Vendor management.
• Accurate vendor evaluation, agreement closure and Tracking of vendor agreement renewals for PAN India.
• Releasing of Purchase Orders to vendors as per requirement.
• Provide logistic support ( Air • To maintain & track contracts agreements.
• To plan and execute the corporate programs / events at office premises.
• Ensure office space expansion and planning & goods movements like • Petty Cash management.
• Timely renewal of office insurance policy for all fixed assets
• Tracking of vendors' No Due Certificates (NDC) for Pan India.
• Handing EHS ( Employee Health & Safety) operations for India.
• To Support Expats in managing FRRO ( Foreign Regional Registrations) and IT support as per the
Job Requirements:
• Academic Qualification: Diploma in Business Administration or related field required.
• Professional Certification: -
• Working experience: At least 7- 10 years of relevant working experience
• IT skill and literacy: - Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
• Travelling Requirements: May involve regional travelling within Asia Pacific and international travel from time to
