In less than four years, we’ve sold over 2 million products worldwide, including Phone (1), which was listed on Time Magazine's Best Inventions of 2022 for Innovative Smartphone Design. In 2023, we released two second-generation products: the powerful audio companion Ear (2) and the highly anticipated Phone (2), marking our US debut. We also launched CMF by Nothing, our sub-brand focused on making wonderful design accessible to all. In March 2024, we welcomed our third smartphone, Phone (2a). A powerfully unique device that enables even more people to experience the best of Nothing innovation.

What you’ll do:
Developing, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as paid search, display, and social advertising This involves: Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targetingProviding ongoing insights into campaign performance and evaluating relevant KPIsOverseeing and managing the overall paid media budgetBuilding out media buys and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media campaignsWorking with the Marketing director on the annual media strategy Collaborating cross-functionally to align paid media strategies and goals with the broader marketing and business objectives. This includes: Working with other teams like SEO, content, and analytics to develop integrated digital marketing strategiesCommunicating campaign plans and performance to relevant stakeholders Staying up-to-date on industry best practices, new technologies, and platform advancements to continuously improve paid media efforts. Work with designers on creatives and create copy for all social media posts
What we are looking for:
7-8 years of work experience Bachelor's degree in media agency or client side Experience managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple traditional and digital advertising channels including paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, video, etc. A deep understanding of digital marketing tactics across channels including SEO, social, email, PR etc. Experience with programmatic platforms and media buys Expertise in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager Strong knowledge and experience working with Google Ads and Bing Ads Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager or other Social Media Marketing Tools Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Analytics Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to leverage data to make intelligent, actionable business decisions
