Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced B2B Institutional Sales Manager to lead our efforts in building and expanding partnerships with institutional clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and engaging large organizations and institutions to drive sales growth, increase market share, and establish long-term client relationships. This role is critical to our business strategy and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Development: Identify new business opportunities within the institutional segment, including large corporations, government entities, educational institutions, and other organizations. Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and increase client base.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target institutions. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs and a high level of client satisfaction.

Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals to drive revenue growth. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to design and deliver customized solutions for institutional clients.

Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely and effective communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle. Track and report on all sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections.

Negotiation and Contracting: Lead contract negotiations with clients to secure profitable and scalable deals. Ensure contracts are aligned with company policies and provide clear value to clients.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (product, operations, finance) to ensure seamless execution of client solutions, smooth onboarding, and delivery of services.

Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Provide feedback to the leadership team to help shape product offerings and strategies.

Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, reporting regularly on key metrics such as revenue growth, client acquisition, retention rates, and account performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in institutional sales or a similar role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and develop targeted sales strategies. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
