To achieve our targetof growing to a $200 million company within the next 24 months weare looking for a Junior Product Manager in India who will beresponsible for looking into technical services for us.

Asa Junior Product Manager youll play a key role in collaboratingwith customer support teams to deliver impactful features andenhancements. Youll focus on gathering user requirements andhelping translate these into the suitable content. You ll helpresolve support issues and respect SLA s setup.

KeyResponsibilities
  1. Createand optimize content for clients across multiple channels (emailpush notifications onsite content) to drive smooth onboarding andfeature adoption.
  2. Act as a bridgebetween customer support and development teams addressing technicalsupport tickets quickly andefficiently.
  3. Utilize HTML CSSJavaScript and SQL to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues forclients and internal teams.
  4. Assistin analyzing content performance and provide insights to improvefuture product and contentreleases.
  5. Collaborate with teams toimprove product features and resolve customerfacingchallenges.


Requirements
  • 13years of experience in technical services or Html/CSS related role(support QAetc.).
  • Handsonexperience with HTML CSS and JavaScript to help guide frontendproductdecisions.
  • Proficiencyin SQL for querying databases and analyzing product usagedata.
  • Previousexperience working in a support or customerfacing role with theability to empathize with users and troubleshootissues.
  • Strongcommunication skills both written and verbal to articulate productvision andrequirements.
  • Abilityto manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced startupenvironment.
  • Aproblemsolving mindset with a strong attention todetail.

  • Experienceworking on a CDMP or similar datadrivenplatforms.
  • Knowledgeof API integrations and data analyticstools.
