  1. Develop and implement social mediamarketing strategies to increase brand awareness and driveengagement across various platforms including but not limited toFacebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn andYouTube.
  2. Create and curate engaging content forsocial media posts including graphics videos and written copy thataligns with our brand voice and resonates with our targetaudience.
  3. Monitor and analyze social mediaperformance metrics such as reach engagement and conversion ratesand use insights to optimize content and strategy for betterresults.
  4. Stay updated on the latest trends andbest practices in social media marketing and proactively identifynew opportunities for growth andinnovation.
  5. Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams including marketing design and sales to ensure cohesivemessaging and alignment of social media efforts with overallbusiness objectives.
  6. Respond to commentsmessages and inquiries from followers in a timely and professionalmanner fostering positive relationships and customersatisfaction.
  7. Manage social media advertisingcampaigns including budget allocation audience targeting adcreative development and performancetracking.
  8. Monitor industry trends andcompetitor activities on social media and leverage insights toenhance our own strategies and stay ahead of thecurve.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Communications or relatedfield.
  2. 03 years of experience in social mediamarketing with a strong understanding of major social mediaplatforms and their respectiveaudiences.
  3. Proficiency in using social mediamanagement tools and analytics platforms to track performance andmeasure ROI.
  4. Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills with the ability to create compelling contentthat drives engagement and communicates our brand messageeffectively.
  5. Creative thinking andproblemsolving abilities with a keen eye for detail anddesign.
  6. Ability to work independently andmanage multiple projects simultaneously while also collaboratingeffectively with team members.
  7. Passion fordigital marketing and staying abreast of industry trends and bestpractices.
  8. Experience with graphic design andvideo editing tools is aplus.
