Job Overview


Verifitech Services - India is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Overseas Inbound Sales Representative. This role offers a great opportunity to work with international clients and contribute to the growth of our company. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in an international or B2B environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound sales inquiries from overseas clients and provide assistance in a professional and friendly manner
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services to meet their needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth by actively promoting our services
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of client issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
