Digital Inbound Marketer

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Inbound Marketer with demonstrable expertise in inbound marketing to drive our global expansion efforts. This role focuses on combining market research, integrated campaign management, and inbound strategies to drive brand awareness, generate quality leads, and collaborate with sales and sales-support teams in achieving collective goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research: Supported by other teams, conduct thorough research to understand industry trends, target audiences, and competitor activities, turning insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Inbound Marketing Expertise: Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies, including content creation, lead nurturing workflows, and conversion optimization to attract and engage high-value prospects.
• Campaign Design & Execution: Plan and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, email marketing, and content distribution platforms.
• Integrated Lead Management: Track, qualify, and integrate leads from all channels into a centralised system, ensuring smooth handoff to the sales team with appropriate insights and context.
• Content Development: Create and manage a variety of content formats, such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars, to build thought leadership and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey.
• SEO & SEM: Implement strategies to optimize website content, improve organic rankings, and manage paid search campaigns to drive targeted traffic and generate leads.
• Cross-Channel Integration: Ensure cohesive marketing efforts across all channels, aligning with inbound strategies to maximise lead generation and brand visibility.
• Analytics & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust tactics to improve KPIs, including conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales and support teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, ensuring consistency in messaging and sales enablement.
• Brand Building: Enhance the company’s professional presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, blogs, and industry forums to connect with potential clients and partners.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in B2B digital marketing, with a strong focus on inbound marketing strategies.
• Expertise in lead generation tactics, marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media marketing, and analytics tools.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills for creating compelling inbound content.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills to manage cross-functional projects and relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (mandatory).
