Due to fantastic growth, we are actively on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

In the role of Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll be working alongside 17 (and counting) experts in the marketing industry. With specialist knowledge in areas of digital marketing and website development, our services practically sell themselves. We’re passionate about each and every one of our clients and their businesses, the world of SEO and digital, and we’re looking for people who feel the same.

You would be reporting to your team leader within the delivery team.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- A Genuine passion for SEO and digital marketing
- 1yrs+ SEO experience in an agency-side role or similar inhouse roles
- Proven ability to optimise the user journey on site.
- Understanding of latest algorithms that effect a website's search engine ranking is advantageous.
- Set measurable goals to demonstrate improved SEO efforts and ROI.
- HTML/ CSS JavaScript knowledge is advantageous.
- Experience of planning and delivering onsite and offsite SEO
- Strong command of the English language
- Ability to quickly understand technical topics
- Highly analytical, with strong attention to detail
- Effective time management, planning and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Google Analytics qualified
- Experience of working with SEO tools such as SEM Rush, Tag manager, Yoast, webmaster tools (google & Bing), Screaming Frog.
- Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
- Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies for clients
- Writing and proofreading creative copy
- Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
- Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Coordinating with client internal marketing teams
- Identify business pains, understand a prospects business model, and analyse the best commercial package to present. Commercial savvy is a really key part of the role
- Profile and understand the key persons to communicate with in order to close the business.
- Monitoring performance and focusing on maximising conversions
- Managing campaigns on social media.
- Managing paid advertising campaigns on Google ads,
