Elite Overseas is a dynamic and growing organization specialized in Educational Industry. We are seeking motivated and results-driven telemarketers to join our team and help us expand our reach.

As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers to promote our products/services, generate leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enrolling students: Enroll students in courses offered by the company
- Handling calls: Handle inbound and outbound calls, and follow up on inquiries
- Understanding student needs: Understand student requirements and guide them to the right program
- Explaining eligibility: Explain eligibility criteria, admission procedures, course structure, and course details
- Ensuring proper service: Ensure proper servicing is done for the students enrolled
- Writing down information: Write down important information provided by the customer and follow up with them on a regular basis

**Qualifications**:

- PUC or Degree or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi and Kannada.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
