Through knowledge of the import flow from all overseas countries’ with the closure notice port wise. Import data scrutiny with regards to India imports custom rules and regulations like restricted cargo / consignees / etc…. SCMTR compliance, especially the CSN / SAM / SAR process. Fluent communication verbal and written in English for ease of communication with Principals / overseas agents / customers / etc… Accounts knowledge with regards to GST state wise billing and receipt. Attending various types of queries from customers / cs desk / ops desk / Principal / agents.. Submission of IAL / EDI to Indian Customs / Port / CFS / ICDs. Should be well versed with excel and Principal system work style. Should know the after IGM process from CAN / Invoicing / Import Delivery Orders / Document checklist / Import Long stay follow-ups. Attending to Custom / port / CFS / Customers queries. Should have the ability to resolve issues by self.
