We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.


Roles and Responsibilities

This candidate will represent our company at Management level interactions with customers and help to shape our Software product development by working closely with product and engineering teams.

It is a sales position responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing business within IT/Engineering.

He/She is expected to play an end-to-end role in the evaluation of new cities for expansion including assessment of market demand, supply availability, and running discussions with suppliers to initiate new market entries.

Negotiates contractual terms and conditions for employment services, and works with the operations and recruiting teams to ensure smooth handoffs.

As a Software Sales Manager, you will be responsible to improve an organizations market position and achieve financial growth.

Define and develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts and to further penetrate existing accounts.

Drive sales, pre-sales and business development activities for overall growth of the company.


Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates should be filmier with the UK, USA, UAE Asia, Australia IT Market.

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail along with good time management. Accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any further documentation.

Responsible for generating revenue.

Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

Knowledge of various software/applications/System integration.

Developing a Sales Plan to overachieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
