Overview:The BusinessDevelopment Manager plays a crucial role in driving the growth ofthe organization through identifying new business opportunitiesbuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients andcontributing to the overall strategic planning and development ofthe business.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Identify potentialbusiness opportunities and evaluate theirfeasibility.
  • Develop and implement strategiesfor expanding the companys customer base and achieving salestargets.
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with key clients andpartners.
  • Conduct market research to identifytrends market demands and competitoractivities.
  • Participate in the development ofpricing and service strategies to maximize profits and marketshare.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto develop customized solutions forclients.
  • Prepare and present business proposalsto prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and finalizecontracts and agreements with clients andpartners.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performanceof business development activities.
  • Contributeto the development of annual business plans andbudgets.
  • Represent the company at industryevents conferences and trade shows.
  • Stayupdated with industry trends and best practices in businessdevelopment.
  • Provide leadership and mentorshipto the business development team.
  • Report on keyperformance indicators and business developmentmetrics.
  • Ensure compliance with companypolicies and procedures.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or relatedfield.
  • Proven track record of success inbusiness development sales or relatedroles.
  • Excellent communication and presentationskills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasionabilities.
  • Strategic and analyticalthinking.
  • Ability to build and maintainprofessional relationships.
  • Experience inmarket research and data analysis.
  • Proficiencyin CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability totravel as needed.
  • Proactive and resultorientedmindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in afastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Strongleadership and team managementskills.
  • Understanding of financial principlesand budget management.
  • Knowledge ofindustryspecific regulations and compliancestandards.
  • Professional certification in Salesor Business Development is aplus.
