Le Roma Gardenia, a renowned hospitality brand, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and achieving targets through effective sales strategies and relationship-building with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, actively prospecting and generating leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential risks, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of Le Roma Gardenia.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Le Roma Gardenia and build a strong network of contacts within the industry.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies and offer tailor-made solutions to clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (at least 3-5 years) in sales roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a motivational and collaborative approach.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to travel for business purposes as required.
