Position: Manager Project Sales

 

Must Have: Should have min 5 years of exp. in Project sales. Must have from building material industry

 

Qualification: Any Graduate /Bachelors degree in business or related field

 

Location: Chennai

 

Experience: Min 5 Years 

 

  • Product Line: Architectural hardware / Door Automation / Glass fittings/ Access control

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new Architecture, Contractors, Builders.
  • Provide support and training to the team
  • Manage the performance of existing projects , and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with , Architecture, Contractors, Builders and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders.
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
Ability to build and maintain relationships.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Time management and organizational skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to change.
A desire to learn and grow in the Project management field.
