**You should have excellent communication skills in English and local language and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through field visits. Own vehicle/ mode of travelling is mandatory.**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field with 1 to 3 years of experience

.Knowledge on digital marketing, social media advertising would be an added qualification
- Ability to generate leads from LinkedIn and convert them to Prospects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and convert leads to prospects and customers
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address client needs effectively.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel and meet the clients as needed for client meetings and presentations.
- Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery.
- This role requires a deep understanding of software solutions, strong sales skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Participating in sales team meetings.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Client Prospecting**:

- : Identify potential clients and generate leads through various means, including cold calling, networking, market research, and social media prospecting

**Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, working to reach mutually beneficial terms. Close deals effectively and efficiently.

**Revenue and Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Develop strategies to achieve consistent and sustainable business growth.

**Market Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies. Use this knowledge to identify potential areas for business growth.

**Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that showcase the value of the organization's offerings

**Client Outreach**: Initiate contact with prospective clients, present the organization's products or services, and arrange sales meetings or product demonstrations

**Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and addressing their concerns

**Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and act as a point of contact for post-sales support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
