Overview: The KeyAccount Leader/Field Sales Executive is a crucial role within ourorganization responsible for managing and growing key accountswhile also driving field sales activities. This position plays apivotal role in maintaining strong client relationships maximizingsales opportunities and contributing to the overall growth andsuccess of the business.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop and executestrategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customerbase
  • Build and maintain strong longlastingcustomer relationships
  • Identify and pursuegrowth opportunities within keyaccounts
  • Conduct regular business reviews andprovide insights andrecommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teamsto ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according tocustomer needs
  • Act as the main point of contactfor key customers and address their inquiries andconcerns
  • Prepare and present reports on salesperformance and challenges
  • Stay uptodate withindustry trends and marketdevelopments
  • Participate in promotionalactivities and trade shows to enhance brandawareness
  • Manage and resolve customer issuesand complaints in a timely manner
  • Meet andexceed sales targets and contribute to overall teamsuccess
  • Utilize CRM systems to maintainaccurate and uptodate accountinformation
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Sales Marketing or relatedfield
  • Proven experience in key accountmanagement and field sales
  • Demonstrated successin achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strongnegotiation and communication skills
  • Excellentpresentation and interpersonalabilities
  • Ability to analyze sales data anddraw relevant conclusions
  • Proficiency in CRMsoftware and MS Office
  • Track record of buildingand maintaining strong clientrelationships
  • Ability to work effectively in afastpaced dynamic environment
  • Willingness totravel and meet with clients asneeded
