Ensures coverage as per defined Beat Plan and calls as per defined Sales Call Process and execution of Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly initiatives in consensus with the manager Manage Alcon’s relationship with assigned customers end to end for meeting Monthly Sales Targets & Business Plan Agreement Targets and take appropriate action to drive consistent growth Manage & deploy all Sales Inputs (Trials, Collaterals, POSM etc.) as per instructions Propose and work with relevant stakeholders (Manager, Professional Affairs, Marketing etc.) for promotional programs Efficient execution of Sales & Marketing programs and analyzing that these effectively contribute to sales numbers for assigned territories. Gather competitor’s info (promotions, launches, organization changes, etc). Coordinate with RDS / supply network for smooth functioning on timely supply / exchange / return requirements and report on any deviations from agreed norms.
