Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented leader for our growing Risk Adjustment. This key role is responsible for managing a multi-million $ P&L and a team of talented professionals delivering industry-leading Medicare Risk Adjustment Analytics and HCC Coding services to over a dozen clients. You will play a pivotal role in defining our product roadmap, leading the development of new reports and product enhancements, overseeing delivery operations, and driving new customer acquisition and growth.

Responsibilities:

Product Leadership:  Define and manage the product roadmap for Medicare Risk Adjustment Analytics and HCC Coding services.Collaborate with product marketing and sales to identify customer needs and translate them into actionable product features.Work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and client services teams to bring new products and features to market. Operations & Business Unit Management:  Lead a team of BI engineers to develop and deliver new reports, dashboards, and product enhancements.Oversee the HCC coding operations team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery.Manage the Business Unit P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.Support client services efforts, managing ad hoc client requests and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Growth & Client Management:  Support the growth office with new customer acquisition by developing compelling sales presentations and proposals.Partner with the sales team to participate in client demos and presentations.Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client relationships.Manage client contracts, ensuring timely renewals and addressing client concerns proactively. Strategic Initiatives:  Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for technology, data sources, and other services that help improve end-customer experience. Collaborate with marketing and other business development activities to promote our solutions and generate leads.Stay abreast of industry trends and identify new opportunities to expand our product offerings and services.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10-12 years of experience in healthcare data and analytics, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role. Strong understanding of Medicare Risk Adjustment and HCC coding models. Experience in developing and managing product roadmaps for healthcare data analytics solutions. Proven ability to lead and manage cross functional teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with managing a P&L and driving financial performance. Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Bachelor's degree in a related field (Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business Administration) preferred.
