JD: Marketing Specialist/Senior Marketing Executives | Department Marketing 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop benchmarking analysis about competitors, including positioning, value offer, prices, technical comparison, etc. 

  • Conduct market research to find answers about consumer pain-points, requirements, and trends for different industrial sectors and subsectors. 

  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, webinars, ABM, events, round tables etc.) 

  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies. 

  • Managing an organization's website, social media accounts & content calendar. 

  • Ensuring consistent branding across digital and traditional channels 

  • Working closely with the sales team to develop effective marketing campaigns & make sure to deliver all necessary collaterals with help of content & design team. 

  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned 

  • Experience with Paid Ads: LinkedIn & Google (preferred but optional) 

Requirements and skills: 

  • Any Graduate or relevant experience in Marketing or related discipline (B2B Preferred) 

  • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing/digital marketing role 

  • Strong organization and prioritization skills 

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools 

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment 

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs 

  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
